LIMONE. Famous for its lemons, the village of Limone is
build on the edge of the river up the mountain and mainly consists of the many
rows of lemon trees all well kept by a kind old man, who was very eger to show
us around and tell us about the different citrus fruits in his orchard. Limone
is close to Venice which meant the famous Murano glass was sold in this area
too, along with the venetian mask.
