BORDEAUX, FRANCE

BORDEAUX- 15 hours, 10 trains, a few card games and a pit stop in Paris  later we had travelled across the country of France and finally arrived in Bordeaux. Otherwise known as wine country.  We explored Bordeaux for a day, it was a Saturday which also meant 2 kilometers of flee markets to walk through before we found the river. We played like kids in the mirror pool and after loosing Kirsten, Gem and I had lunch under and arch way. A few hours later we bumped in a anxious Kirsten outside St Peters cathedral. We walked over the famous bridge that crosses the Garonne river and had a nap in the park. A day well spent, with a later celebration in a empty pub.
