SCIENCE MUSEUM, LONDON
18.09.13
Don’t get me wrong. The thought of going to
a science museum bored me to death, but a free trip to London convinced me to
go. The Science Museum in London is located in South Kensington.
I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. It was the history aspect to the scientific studies that interested me most.
The camera below (with out the lense) was the camera that took the famous photo
of the the naked girl, Kim PhĂșc, is running down the road, screaming. One of the most famous photographs depicting the Vietnam war.
The object that you see as a round gold
circle is a sun diagram.
The museum in fact fascinated me- the old
cars, the historic artifacts and the serenity I find in museums.

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC
I don't know what all the fuss is about Paris; Prague beats that city any day! My visit to Prague allowed me to decide that this city is one of my favourite cities in the world- and not just because of its five storey club. This city tops every romantic city in the world, from the architecture, to the people and of course the famous bridges.
WIEN, AUSTRIA
Also known as Vienna- the capital city of Austria (Sound of Music country) and a city home to coffee, gentlemen, classical music and terrific culture. From Mozart to the royal family this place is blooming with things to do and places to see. A favourite, became, visiting the Habsburg Summer Palace. Then there was the famous Schnaps museum where we tried various toxic shots, also a favourite of the famous Marilyn Manson. Another tourist stop was Prater Park; a large theme park. In Vienna I was lucky enough to go to performance where Mozart and Strauss' music was performed- it was incredible. I love the beauty of this city, the architecture and the fact that Hans was in my thoughts the whole time, I know he would have loved it all. Being here allowed me to really be close to him and think about what an amazing friend I have to always be my guardian angel.

A ROMAN ESCAPADE
ROME, ITALY. A
city filled with an extremely rich history and history that is still mostly visible
through the protection of famous monuments. Home to the Colosseum, Trevi
Fountain, Roman Fortrum, Vaitican City and my favourite- the Pantheon. Not only was I in love with this city because
of its history and incredible architecture, but it is also the city that the
famous Audrey Hepburn acted her role as Princess Ann in Roman Holiday- and if you had my love
for black and white films you would understand my obsession. Unfortunately
Gregory Peck was unable to be found, to my disappointment.

HYERES, FRANCE
How we ended up in Hyeres is partly a mystery. Pronounced "ear", Hyeres is a little town
on the coast of South France close to Nice. We stayed in a hotel overlooking
the town and the tiled roofs. The main attraction was the beach, after walking
along the coast we found many secret beaches to nap and tan. It was brilliant!
A LITTLE PARADISE IN SOUTH FRANCE
Another train journey to
Orthez, and we were collected and drove to the house we would be spending two nights
in. If you think of those movies and books where they describe the stone house
in the South of France- this was it! It was the most beautiful house, and we
got to relax and spend time by the pool before we carried on with our
adventures.
